These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MyLogYard. By using our platform or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that purchased accounts can be resold.
- Accounts purchased from MyLogYard must not be used for illegal activities or in violation of any platform's terms of service.
- We are not responsible for losses, restrictions, or other problems caused by your activities, login environment, device, IP address, or misuse of an account.
- We strongly recommend testing a small number of accounts before placing a bulk order.
Digital Content
MyLogYard sells digital accounts and login credentials ("accounts"). All products are delivered electronically, and all sales are final once an account has been delivered, as digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
Acceptable Use
We do not guarantee the outcome of secondary use of any account sold on this platform. Accounts must not be used for illegal activities, and we are not responsible for any problems that arise from misuse of a purchased account.
Account Warranty
Accounts are covered by a warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase. We will not be responsible for issues reported after this warranty period has expired. If you purchase multiple accounts in one order, we strongly recommend testing a few before using the rest in bulk.
Refunds
There is no refund for accounts that get suspended or disabled after purchase as a result of actions taken on the account after delivery.
Reporting a Problem
To report a problem with a purchased account, contact our support team with your login details, transaction ID, and evidence (such as a screen recording) describing the issue.
Account Security Recommendations
For best results and to avoid account locks or login approval requests, always use a high-quality IP address that matches the account's expected region when logging in. Please also ensure that the login credentials for your MyLogYard account do not match the login credentials of any account you purchase on this platform — reusing the same password across accounts increases the risk of your purchased account being compromised.
Pricing and Payment
Product prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be updated periodically. Full payment is required before an order is processed, through our secure payment gateway.
Content Rights and User Obligations
Purchased accounts are licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling accounts purchased from MyLogYard is not permitted. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their MyLogYard login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply immediately upon posting. Continued use of MyLogYard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
